These Terms govern your use of Echo, a voice memo application.

1. Use of the app

You may use Echo for lawful personal or business note-taking purposes. You are responsible for the content you record, store, and share.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your memo content. Echo does not claim ownership over the audio, text, summaries, or notes you create in the app.

3. Local storage and device behavior

Echo is designed to store memo content locally on your device unless you explicitly share it or a connected third-party service is required for billing or platform functionality.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

If Echo offers subscriptions or paid features, payment is handled through the platform storefront and supporting billing tools. Subscription terms, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the storefront provider.

5. Availability

We may update, improve, or remove features over time. Some features may depend on device capabilities, permissions, or platform limitations.

6. Wake-word and voice features

Some voice-triggered features may work best while the app is open or resuming from the background. Availability can vary by OS version, device, and permission state.

Echo is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees that every device feature, transcription result, or contextual suggestion will always be accurate or available.
