Recommended issue report format

• Device model
• iOS or Android version
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Whether microphone, speech, and calendar permissions were allowed

Common checks

• Make sure microphone permission is enabled.
• Make sure speech recognition permission is enabled if transcription is expected.
• For calendar-linked memos, confirm calendar permission is enabled.
• Use Restore Purchases in Settings if a paid entitlement is missing.
