- Device model
- iOS or Android version
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Whether microphone, speech, and calendar permissions were allowed
Common checks
- Make sure microphone permission is enabled.
- Make sure speech recognition permission is enabled if transcription is expected.
- For calendar-linked memos, confirm calendar permission is enabled.
- Use Restore Purchases in Settings if a paid entitlement is missing.
